About me
I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental space where you can pause, reflect and explore what is bringing you to therapy, at a pace that feels right for you. I am an ADMP UK-registered Dance Movement Psychotherapist with experience across the NHS, education and charitable settings.
My approach is relational, creative and body-focused, with an interest in how our experiences can be held in the body. We may also explore thoughts and feelings through movement, metaphor or drawing, depending on what feels most helpful and comfortable for you. There is no expectation to dance or be artistic.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, low self-esteem, relationship or identity difficulties, and the impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. I welcome neurodivergent clients and aim to offer a culturally sensitive and LGBTQ+ affirming space where you can feel respected and understood.
