About me

I am an experienced Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Supervisor offering either online therapy and possibly face to face however, this is to be discussed. I have over 25 years of experience in many areas, including working with trauma, depression, anxiety and relational issues. I offer short term and long term counselling/therapy.

I work with Holocaust survivors 1st, 2nd & 3rd generation.

You may be feeling overwhelmed by what is happening in the world right now and may possibly be becoming anxious, depressed or scared about this. You may still be experiencing an effect on your mental health, particularly with changes around your work, friendships, relationships and health. It may be comforting to talk to someone and be listened to without judgment.

I have also worked with many clients that have come to me because they have had difficulty expressing their feelings. The aim of the therapy is to help gain a greater understanding of yourself and the possibilities that are open to you, enabling you to live life with more ease, confidence and fulfilment.

Over the years, I have gained experience in working with individuals in the creative field including artists, writers, and especially musicians.

I am able to work remotely by either telephone, FaceTime or WhatsApp, offering short-term and long-term, dependant on your specific needs.

What happens next?

If you have any questions about my approach and how this can be of help to you, then you can call me on 0208 455 0431, 07860 651 893 or click here to send me an email.

There is a chance that I may be with a client when you call, so please leave a message and I will come back to you as soon as possible.

I am really looking forward to hearing from you.
