About me

Do you ever feel that a part of you wants to speak your truth, while another holds back out of fear of conflict or judgment? One part of you wants closeness and connection in relationships, but another part pulls away the moment things get real? Or a part wants change, but another clings to what's familiar, even when it no longer serves you. Very often these parts live in disagreement with one another, and disconnected from you, living their own lives and speak louder than you do. This can make you feel as if you're pulled apart causing anxiety, conflict, keeping you stuck in the same cycle, hopeless and lonely.

My passion is in working with these Parts, and help you see and build connection with them. Each of them carry their own voice, belief, story, pain, and purpose. In our sessions I help you to gradually recognize and build a relationship with them. Getting to know your Parts brings clarity and awareness, helping you take ownership of your life through understanding their beliefs and reason of conflict and internal battle. This work  brings peace and more alignment with who you truly are.

Part Work is a holistic, grounded, and soulful process, bringing together the mind, body, and spirit. Once you've reconnected with your internal world you begin to feel more in touch with your true purpose, and gently step onto your true path.

If this speaks to something in you, send me an email, I have some available spaces In-Person as well as Online. If you like to know more, see my Website below.
