About me

Are you feeling anxious depressed or confused and finding it hard to cope? Are you struggling with feelings that are overwhelming? Are you feeling stressed or angry and cannot understand why?

I am a fully qualified and experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor and supervisor. Together we can explore these feelings that are making your life difficult.

I offer a confidential, non-judgemental, safe environment in which to explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviour and can offer both short and longer-term therapy depending on your needs. I work with adults of all ages, orientations and backgrounds, who come with a wide variety of challenges and experiences. I am also a qualified couples counsellor.

My Approach

As an Integrative Counsellor I draw upon a range of skills and theories in my practice. I feel that leads me to a greater understanding of the issues you want to address.  Each person has a unique set of feelings and life experiences. Psychotherapy aims to develop an understanding of difficult emotions and experiences with the aim of relieving distress and encouraging change.

I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, mental health issues, low self-esteem and confidence, relationship issues, self-harm, suicidal thoughts as well as various types of addiction.

Please call or email me to set up an initial session. If you feel counselling might be helpful and are comfortable with us working together then we can organise further sessions.
