About me
My therapeutic approach is integrative, rooted in person-centred values and guided by trauma-informed principles. I believe healing unfolds in relationship, through safety, collaboration, and compassionate curiosity. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace. Together, we co-create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and empowerment.
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to best meet the needs of each individual. Being trauma informed I believe in the importance of working with the body, helping you develop awareness of your nervous system and supporting you to stay within your window of tolerance. My approach weaves together elements of Person Centred Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, Mindfulness and Somatic Awareness.

Additional information
After a free 30 minute call I offer weekly 50 minute appointments either in person within Crawley/Horsham and surrounding areas or online using a video platform. I recognise the value and importance of the counselling role and I understand that therapy is an investment. To keep it accessible, I offer concession rates for those who need them, and we can talk together about what feels manageable. Sessions are charged £50-60 per session with limited reduced fee sessions for students/low income depending on availability.
