My name is Angeline. I am a friendly, warm and approachable person. I am easy to talk to and have a calm nature which I bring to my approach in therapy. My personal life experiences have prepared me for many of the issues that people face when entering counselling.
I believe that everyone has the ability to develop and grow as a person, to cope and come to terms with traumatic experiences and have a more positive outlook on life. I can support you to make those positive changes in your life.
I work in a private and confidential environment in Southampton, near Romsey, Chandlersford and Eastleigh (Hampshire).

I currently work in private practice working with adults and young people.
My recent experience includes working in a part-time role as child & adolescent trauma therapist alongside children services, working in schools, colleges and in peoples homes.
I have many years experience in supporting and counselling adults and children who have experienced anxiety, low mood/depression, addiction and loss as a result of traumatic experiences. This includes counselling adults and children in a variety of settings, including school, community projects and in private practice. I have previously project managed a relationship breakdown service.
I trained as a Rape and Sexual Abuse counsellor and have several years’ experience of face to face and crisis telephone counselling in many areas.
I have worked as a drug and alcohol practitioner and CAMHS Link Worker. My experience includes working with adults and young people with addiction, in adult prison, child and adolescent mental health services, young people’s secure environment, schools, colleges and in the community. This included delivering psychosocial groups and one to one sessions to adults and young people.
