Are you feeling overwhelmed or troubled? You may be experiencing relationship difficulties with a partner, family member or at work. Are you feeling lonely or sad or experiencing low self-confidence? Maybe you are dealing with trust issues, depression, trauma or bereavement. Whatever your reason for seeking counselling, my goal is to provide you with a confidential and non-judgmental space to share whatever is on your mind.
My counselling room at ‘Converge Therapy’ is in Welwyn Garden City, although all sessions are currently being held online via Zoom or over the telephone.
Counselling will give you the space and time each week to focus on what you need and why you are experiencing your current feelings or situation. We will work together to help you gain clarity and increased self awareness, and to look at the roots of your issue.
I offer open-ended counselling which means it is not time limited. We will meet weekly for as long as you find it beneficial.
If you would like to contact me, please either call or message via the 'message me' button. We will begin by arranging a short call (10 minutes) and to look at appointment availability.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
