About me
Hi, ask yourself ...
- Is life getting you down?
- Are you feeling stuck and unmotivated?
- Constantly repeating the same life patterns?
- Frustrated with self-sabotaging your good intentions?
- Longing to feel good about yourself and your life, but don't know how?
There’s no doubt that life can be challenging at times, especially when things happen out of your control or life isn't living up to your expectations.
It’s normal to want to reach out for extra support and guidance to help you feel good about yourself, your life and relationships; and that’s where counselling can help.
The benefits are many, including bringing relief from what's bothering you and feeling like a weight has been lifted. Often, things may not seem as bad as you feared, and you may wonder why you didn't talk to someone earlier, making it so much easier than trying to figure things out all by yourself.
My aim is to get you back on track and improve the quality of your life whilst encouraging you to develop a healthy, grounded lifestyle that sustains you long-term.
Here are some of the issues I’ve supported clients with
+ Building confidence and self-esteem, and finally getting out of your own way
+ Reducing stress, anxiety, and panic so they stop running the show
+ Resolve relationship difficulties at home, at work, or socially, and build more meaningful, positive connections
+ Lifting the weight of low mood, depression or grief, and rekindling your spark for life
+ Navigating major life transitions and challenges with clarity and support
+ And more...
How I work is to integrate evidence-based approaches that are proven to help with particular problems and tailor them to your needs.
Together, we will figure out what the problem is and work towards how you would like things to be better.
You will become more self-aware of how your thoughts, feelings, behaviours and relationships can negatively influence your life without you even realising and figure out the next positive steps forward, finding the right solution that works for you.
I will listen to you with compassion and without judgment, helping you make sense of the situation you find yourself in. Working together, we can bring quicker and longer-lasting results, where you will go from just surviving to thriving.
It's time for you to prioritise your needs and focus on what truly matters to you today, and not leave it to another tomorrow.
