Hi, I’m Angela, a certified, dedicated counsellor with 14 years of experience. Over the years, people have trusted me to share their concerns, frustrations, life experiences, and their deepest hopes for the future.

My approach is forward-looking, focusing on your strengths, personal qualities, and the possibilities ahead, rather than dwelling on problems. Instead of digging into the past, we’ll work together to identify small, practical steps that move you towards the lifestyle that you want to live.

I'm an accredited Counsellor and Hypnotherapist with over 20 years’ experience supporting health and wellbeing, including 14 years in private practice. I have a background in coaching, mentoring, training, and therapeutic expressive arts.

As a registered member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society, I work in alignment with their ethical standards across all areas of my practice.

I draw on a broad range of evidence-based approaches that are proven to improve specific problems. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals, as no two people or situations are the same.

1-2-1 sessions are £55.00/session
Hypnotherapy sessions are £75.00/session
Hypnotherapy for IBS - Gut Directive Protocol is £450.00 for a course of 6 sessions over 4 months.

I welcome enquiries and aim to reply within 24 hours - except at weekends when I will get in touch first thing Monday morning. On bank holidays, I will answer the next day.

Location:

Wherever you are in the world, you can receive therapy from me. I offer both online and in-person sessions.

In-person sessions are held in Horninglow, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 (location given when you book an appointment).
