About me

Start to feel better about yourself, your life, and your relationships, with solution-orientated Counselling and CBT.

Ask yourself ...

  • Is life getting you down?
  • Are you feeling stuck and unmotivated?
  • Constantly repeating the same life patterns?
  • Frustrated with self-sabotaging your good intentions?
  • Put others needs before your own and feel overwhelmed and fatigued?
  • Longing to feel good about yourself and your life but don't know how?

There’s no doubt that life can be challenging, especially when things happen out of your control or life isn't living up to your expectations.

It’s normal to want to reach out for extra support and objective guidance, and that’s where counselling and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) can help.

Do you need help with:

Low Self-Esteem
Has your self-worth hit rock bottom, you automatically put yourself down and think you are not good enough? Awaken your inner hero/heroine and learn the art of self-value and acceptance.

Lack of Confidence
Stop holding yourself back through self-doubt, fear of failure and perfectionism. Radiate self-assurance, positivity and a ‘can do' attitude to say yes to life’s opportunities and design a good life.

Stress and Constant Worry
Don't let undue stress and pressure negatively impact your wellbeing, work or relationships. Small lifestyle adjustments can make a really big difference.

Is anxiety ruling your life and you are avoiding situations because of it? Take steps to control anxiety instead of it controlling you by changing your thoughts to change your life.

Depression and Feeling Sad
Feeling low, helpless and lost interest in life? Find hope again and become more optimistic and enthusiastic about your future.

Relationship Problems
Whether at home, socially or at work conflict and toxic relationships can increase stress and anxiety. Knowing how to relate and communicate better brings relationships together.

At the end of our time working together, you will feel very different, and you'll go away with a whole toolkit of skills and insights that you'll know how to use at any moment to stress-less and have firm confidence in any situation.

How I Work.

Integrating the most effective helping techniques proven to improve specific problems, including psychotherapy, counselling skills, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and hypnotherapy, in a solution-orientated approach.

This approach helps you to identify and overcome the challenges you’re facing, discover what you want instead, and we will co-create a lifestyle that enables your best hopes for yourself to emerge.

As soon as you book an appointment, we can get started.
