About me
At Better Lives Counselling, which is based in Teignmouth, I offer support to adult individuals who are facing various challenges in their lives. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your issues and emotions, whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or relationship issues. I understand that finding the time to attend in-person sessions can be challenging, which is why we also offer online or telephone counselling services. I am also able to offer home visits if you struggle to attend in person counselling.
I offer both short-term and long-term counselling, depending on your needs and goals, and I am committed to helping you fulfil your potential and live a more fulfilling life. My approach is tailored to your unique circumstances, and I will work with you to develop coping strategies, manage your emotions better, and achieve your personal goals.
