Do you feel alone and lonely with no one to talk to ? Do you feel trapped, afraid and misunderstood? Feeling anxious stressed and totally overwhelmed?
We all struggle from time to time, it's completely normal, and it is ok to not be ok.
You don't have to struggle on alone.

If you want a down to earth, friendly, warm common sense person to talk to in a relaxed quiet safe space in Airdrie, then contact me for an appointment.
I have experience of dealing with both men and women experiencing grief, bereavement and loss. Depression, stress and anxiety. Work related issues including trauma. Low self esteem and relationship difficulties. Miscarriage, infertility and pregnancy loss.
My background working in the NHS has given me an understanding of the challenges faced by those working in that environment and the impact of health difficulties on individuals and families.
