About me

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. I have helped people with a range of issues including anxiety, self esteem, depression, grief and loss.

As an integrative practitioner, I draw on a range of models to support my work including psychodynamic, developmental and relational psychotherapy. I offer trauma informed psychotherapy and somatic, mindfulness and compassion focused models also inform my work. I am also training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing)

The work may be short medium or longer term depending on your needs. Sessions can be in person or online via zoom, where appropriate. A free initial 15-minute telephone conversation can be arranged before booking a chargeable session.

Contact me direct to discuss your needs and how I might help.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
