About me
I offer one-to-one talking therapy either face-to-face or online via Zoom.
I practice face-to-face talking therapy from the Kensington Clinic which is a calm space especially used for talking therapy and resembles a living room, helping you feel comfortable and safe.
I can do walk-and-talk therapy which is available in the setting of a London Park in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
It is possible to have walking therapy with my dog, who may help you feel at ease whilst you share your thoughts and feelings.
Therapy is confidential and in a safe environment. Talking therapy can help with many of life's challenges, as we can talk through your struggles and issues.
Life can feel really hard at times, you may feel misjudged or unseen, or you could be overwhelmed and struggling with difficult emotions. Therapy can help with many emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem or low confidence, family issues, bereavement, past trauma, ADHD, addictions or autism.
Talking therapy can really help you to become self aware and understand your behaviours, relationships and feelings. Learning who you really are and rediscovering yourself and desires. It is this self awareness that helps you to take action and make changes in your life.
I provide a space where you are respected, shown genuine care, empathy, compassion, and unconditional love. When you establish trust between us you will start to feel comfortable to express yourself authentically without the fear of judgement or rejection. Feeling supported while working through any pain and discomfort.
Therapy helps you to heal inner wounds, helps you grow and keep changing, helps you learn about yourself, gives you a toolkit for life and life's challenges, helps you find peace within.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
