About me
I am an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist offering online therapy for adults, children, and young people across the UK.
I support adults who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, overwhelm, Grief or the emotional impact of difficult life experiences.
Alongside my work with adults, I have specialist experience supporting children and young people who may be struggling emotionally, behaviourally, or in relationships. This includes children who are care-experienced, adopted, or affected by developmental trauma and attachment difficulties.
I have worked extensively within NHS services, providing psychological assessment and therapy across the lifespan and in specialist services such as CAMHS for care experienced young people. I also offer psychological formulation and assessment to help individuals and families better understand their experiences and identify meaningful ways forward.
I am trained in a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DDP-informed practice, Theraplay-informed intervention, and systemic, formulation-led interventions.
Whether there is trauma you wish to work through or are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or low mood, grief or finding that life has become more difficult to manage. Therapy can provide a supportive space to reflect, develop new ways of coping, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My Approach
I believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and tailored to your individual needs. My aim is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported.
My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-aware, recognising how both past experiences and current life circumstances can shape emotional wellbeing.
In therapy, I work collaboratively with clients to:
- Make sense of difficult experiences
- Understand patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships
- Develop emotional regulation and coping skills
- Build resilience and self-compassion
- Strengthen communication and relationships
For adults, therapy may focus on challenges such as anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, life transitions, or relationship difficulties. We may also explore how earlier experiences continue to influence present patterns.
When working with children and young people, I use creative and developmentally appropriate approaches. Where helpful, I also involve parents or caregivers to support change within the wider system around the child.
Online Therapy
I offer remote therapy sessions for adults, young people, and children across the UK. However a space to provide face to face appointments I can be facilitated if required.
Online therapy can be:
- Flexible and accessible
- Convenient for busy professionals and families
- A comfortable option for those who prefer support from home
Sessions are delivered securely and confidentially, and I work to ensure that online sessions remain engaging and relational, particularly when working with children and young people.

Further information
I believe the heart of therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. Before strategies or techniques matter, there must be safety, trust, and genuine connection.
Research shows that the quality of this relationship often predicts positive outcomes more than any specific approach. Feeling understood, accepted, and emotionally safe allows meaningful change to happen.
I prioritize building a warm, compassionate, and collaborative relationship. Therapy with me is about being heard, respected, and supported - not judged or “fixed.” Together, we work at a pace that feels safe, thoughtful, and empowering.
I see therapy as a partnership grounded in trust, curiosity, and care.
