About me

I am a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and with over 15 years of NHS experience supporting people with emotional and psychological difficulties. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, stress, panic, perfectionism, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. I also have particular expertise in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those adjusting to a later diagnosis of autism or ADHD. My approach combines evidence-based CBT with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration, helping clients develop practical strategies for meaningful & lasting change.

My approach combines evidence-based CBT with warmth, flexibility, and collaboration. I tailor therapy to the individual, helping clients understand unhelpful patterns, build practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change in a supportive and non-judgemental space.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, emotional overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism, and the challenges associated with neurodivergence.

Please feel free to get in touch for a free, no-obligation conversation to see whether I may be the right fit for you.

I have over 15 years’ experience working within NHS mental health services, supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Most recently, I worked as a Senior CAMHS Clinician, supporting young people with complex emotional and mental health needs.

Throughout my career, I have worked with anxiety disorders, OCD, low mood, panic, stress, emotional regulation difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions.

Alongside my CBT training, my background as a Social Worker has given me extensive experience supporting individuals with complex needs and navigating challenges across education, health, and family systems. I have a particular interest in working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults, including those adjusting to a diagnosis of autism or ADHD, and I adapt therapy to meet individual needs.

I am experienced in delivering evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety, and emotional regulation skills informed by Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).
