About me
I am a fully qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, offering a safe, calm, confidential and non-judgemental space for you for therapy to take place. I work with adults in a pluralistic way using a wide range of therapy methods, including:

I am a natural warm empath, meaning you will feel confident and comfortable opening up to me about what is bothering you. I build rapport quickly and work in a solution focussed way, adapting my working style to meet your needs.
I am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS check. I am a member of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and The National Hypnotherapy Society and adhere to their Code of Ethics.
Prior to my counselling training, I worked in corporate financial services so understand first hand the pressures of working in fast paced, high stress environments.

- Initial Assessment - £60/£85 (60/90 minutes)*
- Therapy appointments - £60 per session (60 minutes)
- Extended therapy appointment - £85 per session (90 minutes)
- Double therapy appointments - £100 per session
- Smoking Cessation - £190 per session (3 hours)
The first session will be an assessment session, where we will decide if we feel we can work together. This will include a full history take and exploration of what is bothering you. The treatment plan, duration and frequency of ongoing sessions will then be discussed and agreed.

I am also a fully qualified and registered hypnotherapist, if you wish to work with this method of therapy we can explore your issues through the highly effective use of hypnosis where you are more susceptible to suggestion allowing you to make change in self-limiting beliefs, behaviours, phobias and anxieties.
