About me

Hello, I'm Amy. Currently accepting new clients. I work using a range of techniques and can help with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Social Anxiety, OCD, Phobias, Low self-esteem, Relationship Issues, Trauma - PTSD and complex-PTSD, Emotions relating to the menstrual cycle - PMDD and PMS. I work using a holistic approach and can also help you with physical symptoms of anxiety, autoimmune conditions. I have an interest in ADHD and AuDHD (autism and ADHD).

Training, qualifications & experience

I offer treatment using a mindfulness and compassionate approach. I use techniques such as Cognitive Therapy for Depression, Mindfulness-based CBT, Trauma Focused CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Life Coaching and building your Resilience Toolkit.
