About me

I am a counsellor and psychotherapist.

I work with individuals and my expertise is working with depression, anxiety and trauma.

We all face difficulties from time to time. Therapy allows us the space to begin to notice how we think and feel on a deeper lever.

Supported by a trusted therapist we can discover what lies beneath the emotions we experience. Understanding why we feel like we do is key to unlocking our ability to make positive changes and to accept or overcome the even the most difficult experiences.

I support people through upheaval, relationship dysfunction and the struggle to find meaning in life

I want to help you unlock your inner strength and help you make sense of who you are in the world.

My style is warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental. I love this work and I see my role as supporting others to connect deeply with their own desires and inner selves.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and abide by its ethical framework for good practice.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
