Grounded in a pluralistic approach, I tailor our work to your unique needs. Everyone’s path through grief and healing is personal, there’s no one-size-fits-all method. In a safe, respectful space, my aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Understanding the Emotional and Practical
With 15+ years’ experience in finance supporting vulnerable clients, I understand the real-world pressures that accompany emotional struggle. I’ve supported people through job loss, financial crisis, workplace trauma, and the fear and shame that can follow.
My background in management, performance coaching, and mental health advocacy adds a practical, compassionate perspective. I’ve led guided meditations and wellbeing initiatives to help others build resilience and balance.

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I offer 50-minute sessions:
- Face to face at £56 per session, or
- online/telephone sessions for £40 per session, allowing flexibility to suit your needs.
- £35 for students.
