About me

My counselling practice is grounded in a pluralistic approach, which means I tailor our work together to fit your unique needs, experiences, and preferences. I recognise that everyone’s path to growth and healing is personal and there isn’t a single method that suits all. In a supportive and respectful space, my goal is to help you feel truly heard, understood and empowered.

With over 14 years of experience supporting individuals and coaching to set and achieve meaningful goals, I bring a blend of empathy and practical insight to our sessions. This background allows me to understand the challenges people face both personally and professionally; to work alongside you in a way that values your strengths, values and aspirations.

My approach combines evidence-based counselling techniques with complementary methods such as mindfulness and meditation. I also draw on coaching practices when appropriate, helping you develop resilience, clarity and actionable strategies tailored to your life. This flexible and collaborative process is designed to support you in building confidence and balance.

Above all, I am committed to walking alongside you with patience; respecting your pace and choices as we explore the path toward healing, personal growth and achievement.
