About me

Life doesn’t always go the way we expect. You may be grieving a loss, going through a career change, experiencing shifts in identity, meaning or purpose, or feeling disconnected from others. These transitions can leave you feeling unsettled or lost.

I’m here to support you through these moments.

A Flexible Approach That Puts You First
Grounded in a pluralistic approach, I tailor our work to your unique needs. Everyone’s path through grief and healing is personal, there’s no one-size-fits-all method. In a safe, respectful space, my aim is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Understanding the Emotional and Practical
With 15+ years’ experience in finance supporting vulnerable clients, I understand the real-world pressures that accompany emotional struggle. I’ve supported people through job loss, financial crisis, workplace trauma, and the fear and shame that can follow.

My background in management, performance coaching, and mental health advocacy adds a practical, compassionate perspective. I’ve led guided meditations and wellbeing initiatives to help others build resilience and balance.

My Approach: Evidence-Based, Practical, and Compassionate
I combine evidence-based counselling with mindfulness (practised for 16+ years) and coaching strategies to help you:

  • Process grief and loss in all its forms
  • Manage emotions with practical mindfulness tools
  • Build resilience and clarity through uncertainty
  • Rebuild confidence and direction after change
  • Balance emotional healing with real-life challenges

Who I Work With
I support young people and adults facing:

  • Grief and loss (bereavement, redundancy, identity changes)
  • Life transitions (career change, financial strain, retirement, upheaval)
  • Related challenges (anxiety, stress, low mood, self-esteem)

If you appear to be coping but feel stuck inside, or think you “should be over it,” yet still carry the weight of grief or uncertainty, I offer space to feel grounded, understood, and supported.

What Makes My Approach Different

  • Lived understanding: My empathy comes from real experience, not just training.
  • Forward-focused: Space for your pain, structure for your growth.
  • Practical tools: Mindfulness, coping strategies, and evidence-based techniques you can use daily.
  • Whole-person view: Integrating emotional and practical wellbeing.

My Commitment
I’ll walk alongside you, patiently, respectfully, at your pace.
There’s no judgment or rush, only genuine support as you navigate grief, rebuild confidence, and rediscover clarity, balance, and peace.

Ready to Talk?
I offer a free 20-minute discovery call where we can explore what you’re going through and whether my approach feels right for you.
No pressure, no obligation — just a conversation.
