About me

I am a qualified trained integrative counsellor offering short or long term individual counselling at White Walls, Farnham Surrey.
How I work is Humanistic, but I can use other theoretical approaches i.e. Existential Therapy, Psychodynamic and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).

If you feel that a non judgemental, confidential environment in which  you can explore your thoughts and feelings would benefit you then please do contact me. The main focus is so that you can experience having your voice heard with respect and regard, allowing you to discover your true  potential, becoming  more self reflective, enabling you to start making healthier choices in your life.

It can be reassuring knowing you can explore your thoughts and feelings with someone who will demonstrate acceptance and unconditional positive regard, allowing you to gain a deeper sense of inner peace and calm in your world. What we discuss together will be led by you as I believe you are the expert of your world, I will walk along side you and listen to you with genuineness, empathy, respect, and regard.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
