About me
You may be here because you're dealing with an unexpected or unwanted change in your life and you're looking to understand where the way forward is for you and how to deal with the impact this is having on your life. I offer a calm and non-judgemental space for online or face-to-face counselling sessions in Hertfordshire where we can both explore what is happening and agree steps towards the right direction for you.
I'm a psychotherapeutic counsellor and take an integrative, trauma informed approach to sessions. From time to time, I may also incorporate creative and image work and useful coping tools to help you find safety and stability for both your mind and body. My areas of interest are anxiety, relational and childhood trauma, grief and loss. I have additional experience working with sexual, domestic, and vicarious trauma, but I welcome anyone who is wanting additional support through a difficult time.
Next Steps: If you would like to book an initial session, ask any questions or arrange an introductory call, please email me for further details to amanda@indigowellness.co.uk
