About me

I am an experienced Couples Therapist usually working at Banbury Therapy Centre on a Tuesday and Thursday evening. All sessions are online by video-link during Covid-19 lockdown but can move to face to face when the situation permits or can continue online if you prefer

I endeavour to create a neutral, therapeutic space for couples and individuals to explore issues that are concerning them regarding their relationship and sex life, and I can also support you on your journey to create ways to change and overcome them.

I can offer support for a wide range of relationship issues including (but not limited to) communication, disagreements, infidelity, life changes, mental health and illness, whether to separate or stay together.  I also offer support for sexual difficulties such as impotence, pain or loss of libido.

Lockdown can also have its impact on relationships and if you just need a short amount of extra support in the current situation then please do make contact.

If sexual compulsion or porn addiction is causing you an issue, I can provide a safe and non judgemental space to talk about this and offer recovery support to individuals or their partners or couples.

You may wish to make contact directly by email or phone: 07305550794. Or I can be contacted via Banbury Therapy Centre 01295 231320.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.

Wheelchair user access

My counselling room is up a flight of stairs but I will try to arrange an accessible room if I am able. I am able to offer video link counselling.
