About me
I am an accredited relationship counsellor with 15 years of experience, including working at Relate. I work with couples, CNM relationships and individuals and can offer online appointments and face to face sessions at Ashcroft Therapy Centre in Deddington. GSRD aware.
I endeavour to create a neutral, therapeutic space in which you can explore issues that are concerning you regarding your relationships and/or sex life, and I can also support you on your journey to create changes..
I offer support for a wide range of relationship issues including (but not limited to) communication, disagreements, infidelity, life changes, mental health and illness, whether to separate or stay together. I also offer support for sexual difficulties such as impotence, premature ejaculation, pain, vaginismus or loss of libido and compulsive sexual behaviours including porn use. I have awareness of the impact of Post SSRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD).

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified relationship counsellor with over 15 years experience working with couples and individuals, previously with Relate. I am qualified in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy having completed the externship and I am expanding this approach with further training in 2025, and I have also completed the IAPT Couple Therapy for Depression qualification.
I am also qualified in psychosexual therapy.
I am accredited with the College Of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) in both relationship and psychosexual counselling. I am a member of their supervision register and I am currently working toward accrediting as a supervisor. I adhere to their ethical framework and have completed COSRT certificate in online therapy.
I am a member of Association for the Treatment of Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC) and I have a Level 5 Diploma in Sex Addiction Counselling.
I receive regular supervision from a qualified supervisor who specialises in these areas of counselling.

All members must abide by their Code of Ethics and the performance of accredited members is regularly monitored.
