About me

I offer integrative psychotherapy in a safe calm and compassionate environment, I can help you to explore your experiences and identify what you would like to change for a happier and more fulfilled life. I have experience in GAD, bereavement, self harm, trauma, relationships, stress, child related issues and depression.please feel free to contact me to discuss your individual needs or ask any questions. I offer weekly sessions that last 50 mins long , you can see me for a short term problem or we can work together with an open ended contract that allows for a deeper exploration.

Training, qualifications & experience

4 year Diploma in transactional analysis from an integrative perspective.

Working with attachment, one day workshop at Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy.

Three years working as a private psychotherapist.

Two years working as a therapist in a school counselling 11-16 students.

Member of BACP and UKCP.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs.
