**I am currently offering telephone or online counselling with a view of returning to face to face practise soon **
Lets face it, this past year has been horrendous, tough and challenging. You may have experienced or watched loved ones experience anxiety, overwhelm, depression, suicidal thoughts, self harm and a whole host of others.
You are not alone. Whatever you are going through, whether it's a complex issue, an upheaval or you just need some space and time of your own to process, then get in touch. Counselling can help.
I offer a safe, supportive and nurturing place to help you examine and express your thoughts and feelings. I can help you get back to a more balanced life by providing a confidential and non-judgemental space in which you can explore and reflect upon the issues which have brought you to seek support,
I understand that it may be daunting embarking on counselling, and it takes courage to contact a counsellor. It’s important that you feel comfortable with the counsellor you choose and so I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to allow you to discuss your concerns and ask any questions. If after that you decide you would like to begin counselling with me, we can agree on a time and day.
I'm a Registered and Accredited member of the NCS

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
