About me
I am a Gestalt psychotherapeutic counsellor, mental health coach, life coach, ADHD Coach and a coaching and therapy Supervisor.
I offer powerful conversations led by:
- neuroscience
- neurobiology
- embodiment
- mindfulness
- creativity
- compassion
- positive psychology and more...
I work in a holistic and integrated way, drawing on all strands of my training, across the spectrum of therapeutic to coaching, positive psychology and beyond.
My breadth of experience gives me the scope and skillset to work with a wide range of issues, from trauma to generalised anxiety, ADHD related issues, self-esteem and confidence, depression, relationship difficulties, life changes and much more...
I offer psychotherapeutic counselling and coaching programmes, mental health, executive and life, and ADHD coaching and coach supervision.
What I do
- I support you to process and integrate big life changes
I work with you to integrate feelings, thoughts and emotions that have arisen from big life experiences, such as:
- a life crisis
- relationship status changes
- a shift in consciousness
- a neurodivergence diagnosis
- sudden changes in mood, interests and/or lifestyle,
- being increasingly highly sensitive to people or situations (which previously didn't affect you)
- Help you understand your behaviours, feelings and emotions
I support you to acknowledge, reflect on, normalise and consequently own your experiences.
Instead of feeling battered about by your thoughts, reactions and emotions, you begin to be able to make use of these as information for further healing, growth and understanding. They become flags in the sand to help you know where to look - and with a deeper understanding, you'll know how to process them more quickly and effectively, without letting them take over your life.
- Support the creation of a healthier, more robust and well nourished ground from which to grow into your maximum potential
I work bottom-up and from inside-out to foster deep meaningful and lasting change:
- if something negatively affects you it is because it has room to do so. Pull the issue out at the root and both the choices you make - and your reactions - will change
- working across multiple dimensions of being - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual - allows us to comprehensively address any obstacles to your well-being
- understanding your 'you-shaped reality' and reorienting to what is true and right for you
- by developing more capacity for self compassion and discernment, for boundaries and our right to be - we become capable of more, because we have more energy and vitality at our disposal.
- Uncover the inherent wisdom that is inside you
By coming to understand your internal landscape better, life will naturally begin to change. Sometimes in small increments - but as you change the world changes with you.
You may find yourself coming out of confusion into clarity of mind, emotion and spirit. You'll begin to recognise your triggers and how to deal with them. You'll know how to take care of yourself better. You'll find compassion for all parts of yourself - not just the shiny, 'presentable' ones. You'll grow into a better version of yourself: more confident, more conscious and more able to discern what is right for you and what isn't - whether it be people, situations or experiences.
As a result, you may find yourself feeling more at peace with yourself, your life, your needs and your choices.
How I work
I work online only. I would initially invite you to a 20-minute call so that we may connect and talk through what you want to work on. After which, if we are happy to move forward, we can agree on a time and place for our weekly sessions.
I work in a safe and confidential space, by supporting you and offering gentle challenge - but always allowing you to be fully who you are, with whatever you bring. My gift is being able to be with a full range of emotions and to stay with you through them, holding the space for something different or new to emerge.
We are always in motion and my belief is that, while we can feel crippled and defeated by our own reactions, there is always more to us than just these responses. To acknowledge them and honour them as truth and then explore what else is here is a way through the stuckness and into movement and change.
A little mish-mash of tid-bits about me
- I have trained with Metanoia Institute, The Gestalt Centre, The Embodied Facilitator Course, The Coaches Training Institute, CRR UK (ORSC), The Integrated Coaching Academy, International School of Hypnosis and Regression Therapy, The Comprehensive Resource Model Training School, Vibrant Being, Relational Change, Deep Brain Reorienting, Gold Mind Academy's ADHD Coach Training, The Somatic School, Bodynamic International Foundation (and now Practitioner) Training
- I swear, freely and with much joy.
- Out of preference, you will usually find me wearing soft comfortable clothing: soft textiles, warm hoodies, floaty tops, woogie jumpers, tracksuit bottoms...
- Working with me means digging deep and discovering things about yourself that you may not have realised before. This may be surprising, sometimes even hard, but it will always be liberating.
- I walk around bare foot - a lot.
- I am a late diagnosed ADHDer.
- Our sessions will be conversational in tone, but always in service to your growth.
- I have a sense of humour - and I laugh at myself.
- This work means entering a co-created space.
- I believe that real, lasting change happens from the inside-out. So our work begins with excavation and discovery. As your awareness grows, choice becomes possible. And this leads to change.
- In the end, change happens naturally, when we meet ourselves differently.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
