Alina Jundo, CBT, BWRT, Couple Counsellor, Supervisor
About me
Does it feel as if you tried everything, but nothing worked and you still feeling trapped by the past and same problems holding you back?
Would you like to live your life to the full, free from the trauma, stress, anxiety, fear and phobias, be confident and positive about self?
With my help you could put your worries behind you, and feel confident and positive about dealing with what life brings.
I'm always working to the highest professional standards, constantly updating my knowledge through research, and undertake training in the latest techniques to keep my skills up to date with developments in the world of psychotherapy, and making sure I provide you with the best service I can.
I am qualified and experienced Counsellor, Supervisor, CBT, REWIND and Advanced BWRT L2 Practitioner. My style is conversational and collaborative, challenging and compassionate, confidential and non-judgmental.
I help people to make a positive difference to their life and fulfil their potentials by using Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT).
When you are ready to work with me, we will change what is troubling you. I can help you to explore problems in relation to past and present painful and traumatic experiences, and their impact on current difficulties. We will work towards developing an understanding about yourself, make sense of difficulties, explore tools and strategies to work towards feeling better, make healthier choices, obtain healthier view of yourself and boost self-confidence, develop new ways to solve problems in your family or marriage as well as bring positive changes into your life.
I specialise in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, career issues and addictive behaviours.
I also work in schools and colleges with pupils who are unhappy and getting into trouble or finding it hard to find their place in the world.

Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
