About me

My work as a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist is underpinned by a decade of experience in psychology and a specialism in neurodiversity.

My clients and I work together across relational and sexual concerns including; intimacy difficulties, desire discrepancy, exploring sexuality or non-monogamy, infidelity, sexual anxiety and sexual dysfunctions (e.g. painful penetration, difficulty with orgasm, erections, or ejaculation).

Whether individually or in a relationship, we’ll explore your struggles, identify patterns, and work toward healing, deeper connection, and lasting change.

I support individuals and their partner(s) from all backgrounds and relationship styles, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, monogamous, non-monogamous, and polyamorous. I see you as a whole, unique person.

Together, our sessions are collaborative, respectful, and a welcoming space for growth, exploration and healing.

Whether you're facing a challenge or want to deepen your relationship with yourself or a partner, therapy provides a compassionate, understanding space to be heard, gain insight, and move forward with confidence.

To help ease any concerns, I offer new clients a free 15-minute call to support you in feeling confident about starting therapy.
