A calm and compassionate space to work through trauma, overwhelm, relationship difficulties and emotional exhaustion.
I offer weekly therapy sessions for individual adults, 50 minutes per session. You can choose face-to-face or online sessions. I am based in The Biscuit Factory in Bermondsey, Surrey Quays SE16, easy to get to via Bermondsey, Canada Water and Surrey Quays Stations.

I am an Integrative counsellor with a person-centred approach. This means that I work to try and help you explore and understand yourself and your experiences in order to grow and change. My aim is to help you to realise your potential in all areas of your life through talking and exploration. I look to provide a non-judgemental space to speak freely about your feelings and experiences.
Training, qualifications & experience
- BA Education Hons with QTS
- Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling
- Level 1 and 2 Complex Trauma Certification
Member organisations
The Association of Christians in Counselling and Linked Professions (ACC) is a Christian professional membership organisation for those involved in counselling/psychotherapy and linked professions, i.e. pastoral care, coaching and spiritual direction, in the UK. The organisation is made up of various different membership categories, including Counsellor and Accredited, and requires all members working as counsellors to undertake Continuous Professional Development on a regular basis.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

£100.00 per session
Additional information
Sessions are priced at £100 or £360 if paying every 4 weeks in advance.
I offer a limited number of student spaces at a reduced cost of £70.
I offer a limited number of reduced-cost spaces for those facing financial hardship; this cost is decided on an individual basis.
