About me
Welcome and thank you for stopping here.
Life hey - some days it's a bed of roses, sometimes a scary rollercoaster. Knowing when we need to reach out for counselling can be a hard decision to make, but investing in yourself with professional support is a very courageous and positive step forward.
As an integrative counsellor, I am here to offer you a confidential, warm and safe space to explore what is causing discomfort in your life, and gently guide you with different threads from my counselling kit to create fresh new pathways of your choice. I work with self esteem, self awareness and self acceptance as I have found these underpin much of todays heartache and anxiety. From a place of understanding our behaviours, patterns, thoughts and feelings, we can figure out what's going on, how to get a handle on it and start to embed more purpose and autonomy which will help to shape firmer foundations for the future.
My aim as a counsellor is never to fix, but to allow all that is you to unfold, creating the right conditions with kindness and compassion for you to find your own emotional balance, while putting together the beautiful but sometimes complex jigsaw pieces of life.
I look forward to meeting you.
