About me
I am an experienced psychologist (HCPC reg.) who specialises in personality disorders and relational issues. In other words, I offers therapy to adults and young people (16+) who present with long-standing relationship problems and emotional instability, which lead to either having very turbulent relationships with others, or result in avoiding people all together. If such relational dynamics persist, they are bound to make us feel anxious or depressed. My passion is to help others make sense of and release dysfunctional patterns in relationships, to build emotional resilience, and to have more fulfilling connections instead.
My clinical work is informed by evidence-based psychodynamic approaches for relationship difficulties, primarily Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP). My sessions are collaborative and process-focused and I suggest we meet for an initial consultation to evaluate what type of treatment suits you best.
