About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist (HCPC-reg., CPsychol AFBPsS) who supports adults and young people (16+) in navigating challenging relationships, which often manifests as anxiety, depression, or a persistent sense of emotional disconnection. My expertise lies in understanding complex personality dynamics and deep-seated relational patterns, using evidence-based psychodynamic therapy, particularly Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP), to foster lasting change. I also integrate mindfulness and emotional regulation tools, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs.

Therapy with me begins after a comprehensive psychological assessment and is a collaborative and in-depth process, designed to help you break free from unhelpful patterns, cultivate emotional stability and increased self-understanding, and develop more meaningful, fulfilling relationships - both personally and professionally.

Navigating relational challenges and emotional difficulties can be daunting, but you do not have to face these struggles alone. Together, we can work towards meaningful transformation and lasting emotional resilience. If you're ready to build healthier relationships and create a more fulfilling life, I invite you to take the first step and get in touch.
