About us

I’m a UKCP registered Psychotherapist, CTA (P), Coach, and Organisational Psychologist. I offer a collaborative, relational approach to therapy, supporting adults and couples to explore issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, low self-esteem, and identity concerns. Clients often come to me feeling stuck—emotionally, professionally, or relationally—and want to reconnect with themselves and others in a more meaningful way.

My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis (TA), and I integrate coaching tools, embodiment work, and systemic insight where appropriate. I offer both short- and long-term therapy online and in person (East & Central London), tailored to your pace and needs.
