About us

I help individuals and couples break patterns, overcome burnout, and rediscover themselves through a blend of psychotherapy and coaching. I work in English and Romanian. I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation.

If you're navigating relationship difficulties, emotional exhaustion, identity questions, grief and life transformations, or patterns that keep repeating despite your best efforts, you're in the right place. Whether you're new to therapy or returning after a break, we can start from wherever you are.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a UKCP-registered Psychotherapist, a Certified Transactional Analyst in Psychotherapy (CTA-P), and an ICF-accredited Transformational Coach. I hold an MSc in Organisational Psychology and bring over 16 years of experience working in therapeutic, coaching, and global organisational roles.

My clinical training spans relational TA, trauma-informed practice, systemic thinking, and working with neurodivergence, cross-cultural identity, and attachment-based challenges. I work integratively, drawing on classical, relational and integrative TA, alongside CBT-informed tools where helpful.

I have supported clients facing:

  • Relationship difficulties, intimacy and communication
  • Anxiety, stress and burnout
  • Life transitions, grief and loss
  • Identity, cultural belonging and self-esteem
  • Trauma and emotional neglect
  • Neurodiversity and self-acceptance

I trained in both Romania and the UK, and work fluently in English and Romanian. My practice is inclusive, collaborative, and LGBTQ+ affirmative.

Alongside private practice, I have led mental health and learning initiatives in large global organisations, giving me insight into the challenges of high-pressure work environments, identity strain, and burnout.

Registered / Accredited

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UKCP
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.

Areas of counselling we deal with

Other areas of counselling we deal with

I work with individuals, couples, families and groups, as well as therapy trainees in personal therapy or supervision support.

People typically come with relationship difficulties, anxiety and burnout, trauma, life transitions, or questions around identity and belonging. Some are navigating a neurodiversity diagnosis. Others simply feel stuck and aren't sure why.

If you're not sure where to start, that's okay. We can figure it out together.
