About me

We all have an inner child, often a wounded inner child who feels scared, anxious, worried, angry, frustrated. These big emotions can still surprise us... crying, hitting out, slamming doors, withdrawing or hiding, shouting, self loathing and despair.

Sound familiar??

Our wounded inner child can often react in negative or disruptive ways that impact our relationships and daily lives. With help our inner child can heal and we are able to become more our authentic selves.

I am a National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society-accredited Counsellor and have a private practice in Congleton Cheshire.  I have experience working with clients living with anxiety, stress, depression, low confidence and self-esteem, relationship issues, bereavement and other life crises.

I specialise in Emotional Therapeutic Counselling, a person-centred and integrated approach. A key aspect of Emotional Therapeutic Counselling is the range of techniques and creative tools that can assist you in both recognising and releasing painful feelings appropriately by working with your emotions.

The therapeutic counselling goes at your pace, and the number of sessions will vary according to your needs.  I can offer you a safe, calm, and non-judgmental environment to explore your difficulties.

I offer face-to-face, online or walking therapy.

It is important that you find a therapeutic counsellor you feel comfortable with, so I offer a free 30-minute consultation during which you can meet me and ask any questions you may have to help you make the right choice.
