About me
I’m a Chartered Psychologist and Neurodiversity Specialist working with adults and young people aged 17 and over. I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences, understand what’s been holding you back, and create meaningful change.
I work with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, stress, low mood, long-term physical health conditions (such as Long Covid and CFS/ME), emotional eating, weight management/bariatric surgery, and the strengths and challenges associated with neurodiversity amongst others.
In addition to psychological therapy, I also offer coaching, including neurodiversity and Access to Work coaching, to help clients identify their strengths, build confidence, and achieve personal and professional goals.
How Therapy Can Help
Many people I work with come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward. You may be managing anxiety, stress, low mood, physical health challenges, or difficulties linked to neurodiversity.
Therapy can help you:
- understand what’s driving your difficulties
- reduce overwhelm and feel more in control
- improve emotional resilience, confidence and self-esteem
- develop practical skills to help you day-to-day
- feel clearer about what you want and how to get there
Whether you're seeking support with your Mental Health, adjusting to health conditions, or wanting to manage emotions differently, therapy offers a space to understand and create meaningful and lasting change in line with your values.
How Coaching Can Help
Alongside therapy, I offer coaching - including neurodiversity and Access to Work coaching.
Coaching can help you if you:
- feel stuck or unsure of your next steps
- want to build confidence, structure, or clarity
- struggle with organisation, overwhelm, or focus
- want support with personal or professional goals
Coaching is practical and forward-focused, helping you identify strengths, manage challenges, and move towards goals that matter to you.
My approach
I work integratively, adapting sessions to your needs and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. My work draws on CBT, DBT, CFT, ACT and Solution Focused Therapy — weaving these together to suit you, your pace, and your circumstances.
Clients often describe my style as warm, steady, collaborative, and grounded.
What to Expect in Your First Session
Your first session is 50 minutes and gives us time to explore:
- what has brought you to therapy or coaching
- your current difficulties
- what your goals are
- what works best for you
There is no pressure to have all the answers, we work at your pace.
Training, qualifications & experience
I completed a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and have over 13 years’ experience providing psychological support in NHS, private, and charitable settings. I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) .

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
