About me
Hello, I’m Adrian and I am a counsellor working with adults in the North Somerset area. In addition to my private practice, I also work as a core counsellor for Wellspring who are a local charitable organisation.
I work from home in a dedicated comfortable private space (with separate access provided), with free parking available. I offer in person, walk and talk, online and telephone appointments.
I understand that when we feel anxious, sad, or low or when life is just difficult, reaching out for support can be daunting. During such times I believe that working with a counsellor can be a deeply enriching and valuable experience.
For counselling to be it’s most effective the quality of the relationship between the counsellor and client is at the heart of psychological healing and growth. Having a safe, non judgmental space to talk openly about your concerns is paramount, a place where you are truly heard and valued is a liberating experience.
My aim is to create a warm, empathic space where you can start to reflect on your situation. Working together we can explore ways to make positive changes to help you move forward.
