About me

Sometimes life shifts under you - a move to a new country, the end of a relationship, a loss, or simply a stretch where you no longer feel like the person you used to be. It can leave you feeling lonely, unsettled, and unsure where you belong. I have a particular sensitivity to supporting people through major life transitions, including relocating to the UK, and through experiences of trauma or adversity. Together we can make sense of those feelings at your own pace, rebuild your confidence, and create a sense of home within yourself again.

I believe the relationship between us matters as much as any technique. I work in an integrative way as an NCPS-registered counsellor, which simply means I draw on different approaches to fit you, rather than asking you to fit a method. Whatever has brought you here, you'll be met with warmth, patience, and no judgement.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have completed levels 3, 4, and 5 at Chrysalis in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I have also done various training and workshops, which include a variety of more creative ways to apply in sessions.

Worked with:

  • Places2Be
  • Ratcliff & Brown CIC
  • Chrysalis
  • Private practice
