About me

Hi, I'm Adam.

I have a particular interest and expertise in working with body dysmorphia, appearance concerns and anxiety, the subject of my masters thesis and connected with my own history.

I am one of a few lived experience therapists working with body dysmorphia. I also work with young men who are experiencing difficulties transitioning into healthy adulthood. Their issues often include self esteem, anger and life meaning and purpose. I also help individuals experiencing relationship challenges, working to bring clarity and resolution. Other areas of interest include grief, crises of meaning, spiritual emergence and emergency.]

My work is compassionate and insight based.

I work with individuals from across the English speaking world.
