About me
Our experiences of sex, intimacy, and connection are deeply personal, and when challenges arise, they can affect how we see ourselves and how we relate to others.
As a Sex and Relationship therapist, I support clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, both of a sexual or relational nature.
I work integratively, which means I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and adapt our work to you: your experiences, your relationships, and what you want to understand or change.
I can support you in navigating complex emotions and difficult circumstances, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and growth. Together, we can explore patterns in your relationships, navigate conflict, and work towards improving communication and understanding.

Further information
I support clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, both of a sexual or relational nature. I work collaboratively, tailoring therapy to each person or couple. We spend time understanding what's happening now, as well as how your past experiences, relationships, and beliefs may be influencing things. Alongside that, I'll often offer psychoeducation and practical exercises when they're helpful. My aim is not only for you to understand yourself better but also to leave with practical ways of creating the changes you're looking for.
This includes: conflict, sexual pain (dyspareunia), vaginismus, erectile dysfunction, rapid (premature) ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, orgasm difficulties, and issues with desire, including mismatched desire between partners. I also work with compulsive sexual behaviours (sometimes referred to as sex or porn addiction), as well as those exploring or navigating fetish, kink, and BDSM.
My practice is inclusive of diverse relationship structures, including polyamory and consensual non-monogamy, and I work with both individuals and partners to better understand patterns, reduce conflict, and improve communication.
I welcome people from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities, and approach every client with openness, curiosity, and respect. Together, we work to build deeper self-awareness, strengthen connections, and create more fulfilling and authentic relationships.
