About me

I am a Clinical Psychologist offering therapy in a cosy log cabin, or walking through a woodland, or sat on a hill with far reaching views. I offer psychological therapy in nature because many people find that being outdoors helps them feel calmer, think more clearly, and connect more openly.

Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or struggling to cope. Our life experiences, relationships, health needs and ways of coping can shape how we feel about ourselves and others and influence the choices we make.

I believe that a compassionate, trusting and carefully challenging therapeutic relationship is central to meaningful change. I am passionate about offering a safe and supportive space to explore your difficulties, develop greater self understanding, and move towards a healthier and more fulfilling way of living.

Choosing the right therapist is important, and feeling comfortable, safe, and understood within the therapeutic relationship can make a real difference. I offer a free 30 minute consultation so we can explore what brings you to therapy and whether working together feels like the right fit.
