About me

Hi there,

My name is Abbi and I am an accredited member of the NCPS. I truly believe that asking for support when it is needed is one of the bravest things a person can do. I practice as a pluralistic therapist and aim to create a space that can be what my client needs for a range of topics whilst remaining within the bounds of my ethical framework. I am committed to safeguarding and want people who come to me to feel seen as who they are not just what they are bringing to therapy.

What you can expect from therapy with me:

  • A comfortable and supportive environment.
  • A qualified accredited counsellor who's focus is helping you find what works for you in therapy.
  • A judgement free space to express as much or as little as you need to.
  • A therapist who understands how daunting counselling can be, and will do their best to support you in a way that hopefully makes the process less intimidating.

Remember, whether it’s depression, anxiety, relationships or work issues etc. you don't have to work everything out alone, therapy can be a space to feel supported while you figure out what it is you need.

Contact me if you have any questions or would like to book an introductory call.
