A Healthy Awareness
We offer you rapid access to low cost counselling and psychotherapy.
People have told us the most difficult aspect of beginning their therapy is finding a therapist they feel comfortable with. We will offer you a short contract in order for you to discover whether you're with the right therapist.
Our clients also tell us how scared or nervous they felt about beginning, and that maybe they searched for the courage for years before initial contact. We offer you a safe and warm, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore your issues – we understand you may have anxiety and worries around the difficulties in change. A wise soul once said, "Therapist can't take client further than they are ready to go" - you are in control of your therapy.
We are Integrative therapists - meaning that we draw on many theories and therapies. We are experienced in working within the NHS, charities and also Private Practice.
Our Community Interest Company (CIC) status allows us to offer you great quality therapy at a low cost - raising a Healthy Awareness, improving mental health and helping to alleviate your emotional suffering.
We look forward to hearing and seeing you.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
