Counselling in Bromley
How can counselling help you?
From time to time people experience situations when they are not coping as well as they usually do. This can be the result of a life event, past or present, such as abuse, bereavement, redundancy, divorce/separation, retirement, or relationship difficulties.
Therapy and counselling provide a safe, confidential and supportive environment in which to build on your strengths to create the changes you need.
These issues may be to do with the present or sometimes more to do with past difficult experiences that may stem from childhood. Counselling can help you look at these issues with new perspectives.
The aim of counselling is to be a supportive safe place where we can explore issues together and ways of addressing them.
I can help you with your difficulties by offering a supportive, friendly and relaxed environment.
My specialist area is working with teenagers and young people on a variety of issues including abuse, anxiety and depression.

Counselling teenagers and young people
Teenagers and young people are still developing and struggle to find the words to express themselves especially when going through puberty when they are no longer a child but are not an adult.
