I am a Therapist offering Counselling, Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to individuals wishing to make positive changes in their lives. My background in Psychology allows me to explore, at a deeper level, the beliefs and thoughts that may be stopping you from reaching your full potential.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have an Honours Degree in Psychology and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology from the University of East London, in Person-Centred (PC) and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I have worked in the voluntary sector, primary care as well as privately.

For individuals: £50 for an initial consultation
I am fully insured and continue to gain experience by reading, researching and attending workshops. I am a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society BPS (MBPsS) and am on the Accredited Register of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) (MBACP), whose strict code of ethics I adhere to. I am also a member of the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP)and the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Pactitioners (NHSTA).
