About me
Everyone goes through challenging situations in life, and while you may have successfully navigated through other difficult periods in your life, there's nothing wrong with seeking out extra support when you need it.
A psychotherapy session is a place where you can be listened to with acceptance and without judgement in a confidential, safe space. My aim is to support you as you explore thoughts, feelings and beliefs about yourself, your life and your relationships.
Working together in therapy you can become more aware of the deeply held beliefs and assumptions that keep you from the possibility of a richer and more harmonious life. I can help you to understand how present difficulties and wounding from past experiences may be linked. This can lead to greater self-awareness and an opportunity for you to challenge old ideas and patterns and choose to have things be different in the future.
I have been in practice since 2001 and doing this work is a great privilege. I am a psychosynthesis psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor. Psychosynthesis acknowledges that we are all unique and individual souls on a journey through life, that we are more than our problems and our failures and that at the deepest levels of our being we are all seeking a way to fulfil our potential and live more of who we truly are.
I originally trained at the Institute of Psychosynthesis where I went on to become a course leader and group facilitator. I am a training therapist and have worked alongside people in psychotherapy and counselling training for many years.
My way of working is grounded in the work of Assagioli and Jung and informed by a weave of threads; the trauma and resilience work of Somatic Experiencing, Marion Woodman's BodySoul Rhythms work, the Myth and Story work of Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estes, Dream work, Authentic Movement, Open Floor and Mindfulness. I am also a Veriditas Trained Labyrinth facilitator. I offer Myth, Story & Labyrinth retreats and workshops online and in person in Kent.
I offer psychotherapy and supervision online via Zoom.
Booking an initial session is a good way to explore whether working with me is a good fit for you. I think that one of the most important parts of the therapeutic journey is working with someone who you feel comfortable with.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and my hourly fees are currently £85. I sometimes have low cost spaces in my practice so please do check with me if that is what you need.
If you have any questions or would like to explore booking an initial session please call or email me.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
