About me

Hello and well done for taking your first step towards finding a solution to your problems. There are times in life when we all experience emotional difficulties. I would be happy to help you to explore those difficulties and help you experience a change for the better.

Sometimes the challenges we have in life can leave us with unresolved trauma and with a sense of feeling lost, disconnected from ourselves and others, or even wondering if we have gone mad. It can be very helpful to talk to a counsellor about what you are going through, and feel that someone understands. Someone who offers an appropriate level of support to enable you to confront your difficulties.

I have several years experience working with issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement, Relationship issues and Anger.

I provide a secure, professional, confidential and friendly service to individuals seeking support in the Cheshire and Halton areas. After an initial assessment, the sessions I provide are tailored to meet the specific needs of the individual client.

In addition to my private practice, I worked for several years as a therapist for Ellesmere Port and Neston Voluntary Service.

I work from an Integrative Model which includes, Person Centred, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I respect that every client has different needs and issues which they would like help and support to address.

Please call or email me to arrange an initial appointment.
