About me

I am a fully qualified, highly experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor. My clinical practice is flexible, and hopes to meet the different needs of individuals, couples and families on both a short and long-term basis. I work within an integrative approach, informed by psychodynamic and systemic models. I work with CBT as and when required.

My practice has been running for over ten years, helping many people through very difficult emotional and psychological periods of their lives - including; relationship difficulties; depression, anxiety and childhood related traumas. My approach is flexible, depending on individual needs.

My clinical practice also offers several specialist areas as outlined below:

Couple therapy; having experienced good success in helping couples improve their relationships, gain further understanding of their relational dynamics and overcome them.

Having trained at Kings College London (Institute of Psychiatry) I specialise in drug and alcohol dependency, recovery and have success in helping people work towards and maintain abstinence.

Narcissistic abuse recovery: I have excellent success in helping people identify, understand and recover from narcissistic abuse, further enabling them to identify and recover from codependent relationship / communication / behavioural patterns.  please visit - Narc & Co LTD - wwwnarcnco.com
