About me
You are not alone; no one travels through life without encountering emotional distress, modern life is complex, and the world we live in can be overwhelming at times.
I work with men and women who are suffering from anxiety or depression. These two conditions are often found together, as anxiety can keep you from having the life you truly want, leading to depression.
Choosing the right therapist to help you can be difficult, not all therapists will understand the particular emotional health issues that you are dealing with.
Most of my clients come to me for help with problems that usually fall into one of the following categories: relationships-employment-family, or a general dissatisfaction with the direction their lives are taking.
Let’s be honest: you can’t change the world, but you can change how you deal with it.
So, if you are ready to begin taking the steps needed to have the life you truly want to lead, why not book an appointment with me?Prior to becoming a therapist 15 years ago, I was a senior international executive and have lived and worked in Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, Continental Europe, and the USA.
Due to my own life's journey, I have acquired a great deal of multi-cultural understanding, that has proven to be beneficial when working with clients from London’s diverse international population.
