About me

Depression in London It has been estimated that 350 million people or 5% of the world’s population is suffering with depression. Depression is a common mental disorder that causes people to experience depressed moods, loss of interest or pleasure in their usual activities, feelings of guilt, low self-worth, disturbed sleep or appetite, low energy, and poor concentration.

The fact is, life in London is extremely stressful. It is a city where many people live far from their place of work, making it almost impossible to build a social life with friends from the office.

Loneliness can be a major factor in creating the powerful feelings of hopelessness and despair, the major symptoms of depression.   There is a strong possibility that you may be suffering from depression because of relationship issues.  The lack of one; the difficulties of one; or the ending of one.

Having the ability to speak with a psychotherapist who is 100% on your side, with no hidden agendas, can be extremely helpful giving you the tools you need to begin getting over your depression.

I charge £50.00 for a one hour telephone session.
