About me
Are you an expat who lives and works in London? Are you suffering from Depression & Anxiety? Have you seen a GP who has prescribed anti-depressants that haven’t helped that much? Have you realised that perhaps it is time to get some professional help?
There is no doubt about it: life in London is extremely stressful. As an expat, you may be dealing with difficult employment and relationship issues that can easily lead to emotional problems. I offer compassionate, modern and intelligent therapy for my clients. I aim to help you get your life back on track in as few sessions as possible.
As an expatriate myself who has lived and worked in Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, Continental Europe, and the USA, I have a great deal of experience and understanding working with clients from London’s diverse international population.
My clients have come from South Africa, Uganda, Brazil, Argentina, The Dominican Republic, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Ukraine, the United States and Canada, as well as the EU and, of course, the UK.
