About me

I have worked with people as a psychotherapist and counsellor for over 30 years.        I am a teaching and supervising Transactional Analyst as well as a qualified Mental Health Nurse and General Nurse. I see people who are experiencing emotional, psychological mental health and relationship problems. This also includes dealing with both childhood and adult experiences of trauma and sexual, physical and emotional abuse. I also work with people who wish to develop their self-esteem and confidence. I also provide clinical supervision to both trainees and qualified therapists.
I have also integrated energy psychotherapy practice within a humanistic/psycho-spiritual context into my work.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a Qualified Mental Nurse, a Qualified General Nurse, a Certified Transactional Analyst (Psychotherapy), a Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst and a UKCP registered Psychotherapist. I worked in the Mental health Service of the NHS for 26 years and have worked in Independent practice providing psychotherapy and counselling for the last 24 years. I have integrated energy psychotherapy into my practice.

I do specialise in treating Adult Survivors of Childhood abuse and Trauma.

I also provide reduced fees for Armed forces veterans.
