About me
- Are you dealing with depression, anxiety or stress?
- Are you experiencing burnout in your work, or personal life, and want to re assess where you are going in your life?
- Do you want to overcome the feeling you are the only one who feels the way you do?
- Would you like to talk to an experienced counsellor in a secure environment about relationship issues?
- Do you want to explore the spiritual meaning in your life?
- Are you facing changes in your life such as having a baby, children leaving home, midlife dissatisfaction, retirement, health issues and want to explore them further?
- Do you want to improve your balance between work and home life?
- Would you like to discuss and reflect on issues you experience at work?
The first step to resolving any of these issues is to talk about them and make some changes. After all, tomorrow will only be the same as today unless you make a change of some kind. A change might just be talking openly or it might be learning to overcome a particular barrier in your life.
This is where I can help you. I am a trained psychotherapist and ensure that all my client meetings are in secure place for you to talk openly about your concerns in a way that is not usually possible with family, friends or work colleagues. I typically have a first meeting where we review your personal situation and what you would like to achieve. From this, I can put together a plan for us to work on together going forward.
I see clients from the age of 18 years and up.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
