I am an experienced psychoanalytic psychotherapist and counsellor, trained to Masters Degree level and offer a confidential service for individuals and couples who may be experiencing a wide variety of emotional difficulties. I have practices near Tiptree (with disabled access) and in Chelmsford and can provide an out of office hours service for those who cannot take time off work. I have substantial experience in adolescent services.
In addition I provide clinical supervision for practitioners and students as well as personal therapy for those in training.
I work in a sensitive way and appreciate that people who are suffering from emotional and mental health difficulties could be feeling fragile and may have taken a while to pluck up courage to seek help.
I am also trained in Organisational Consultancy and Role Coaching and work with groups and organisations regarding work related issues.
