- INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SUPERVISION Supervising since 2000, I have worked both privately with individual and groups and also in diverse agency and institutional settings. I am indebted to the therapists, supervisors, mentors who have trained, challenged and apprenticed me; their diverse approaches and styles have allowed me to develop a practice which is very much tailored to the individual therapists I work with. While the intention is to provide a rich crucible for each practitioner experience and development, my primary concern and intention is in reducing fear in the work.
