Supervision details
I have been a Counselling Service Manager for over 7 years where I have provided line management and mentoring for many qualified and trainee counsellors. During that time I have supported counsellors through a wide range of professional and ethical challenges, always providing a safe and supportive space that enables counsellors to explore and grow in the development of their practice as well as in their own self awareness.
I was originally trained from a psychodynamic perspective, however over the 10 years since I qualified I have learned to draw from different modalities which have enhaned my own practice as well as my ability to support the counsellors that I supervise and mentor.
